"Box arrived in a bad state, packaging was poor..."
The packaging was really bad; the box came all messed up with rice scattered everywhere. The expiry date is good for just three days for meals meant to last five.

"You should definitely check them out to see if they fit your needs"
Arrived on schedule and nicely wrapped. A few of their dishes are really delicious, particularly the Mexican peppered chicken. The fat loss meals didn’t suit me because of my workout routine, plus I only receive four-day plans to keep the meals fresh. Right now, I've signed up for the muscle growth plan. These portions are certainly healthier, yet still quite flavorful. Plus, they regularly add new recipes, and they really value customer feedback.

"Best Meal Prep Experience Ever!"
I gotta say, this is the best meal prep I’ve ever experienced! Over the past few years, I’ve given a bunch of meal prep companies a shot, but none have come close to this one. The food is genuinely fresh, healthy, and downright tasty. Every meal I’ve tried has been spot on, and I’ve got zero complaints. My top picks include the chicken parm, Mexican lime chicken, and Nashville chicken with chips. The sauces? Absolutely a 10/10! Plus, the customer service is super friendly and really helpful. I’ll definitely be placing another order soon! :)

Incredible value for delicious meals and ease of access. The flavors were super fresh, and the chicken parmesan & butter chicken were top-notch 👌.

Customer service was also impressive; they worked with my schedule even though I was running late to grab my order.

"Affordable Halal Meal Prep That Delivers!"
I really appreciate that this meal prep service is budget-friendly and halal! Their chicken thigh rice dishes are just fantastic! Plus, the customer service is super friendly! I feel like the portions could use a little bump and maybe a tad more sauce for the plain white rice, since that spicy rice is just out of this world! Sometimes, things can come out a bit dry, like the pasta, so adding more sauces would definitely be a win. I’d also love to see some lasagne and cottage pie on the menu! Other than that, my experience has been pretty great so far!

"Awesome meals - excellent service"
Awesome meals - the grub was fresh and delightful - of course, if you're getting a week's supply for meal prep, a few items will have to be put in the freezer.

But even after freezing and warming it up, the food still tasted fantastic. The flavors were spot on - not too spicy or overpowering, plus they tossed in extra sauces for different dishes.

I really appreciated that the food came in a biodegradable, compostable container.

Overall, a great experience! 👍

"Food Delivery Issues for a Week's Order"
I placed an order for meals to last me six days, expecting delivery on Tuesday. However, the food arrived with a best before date of Friday, which means that by the time I could eat them, six of those meals would already be past their sell by date.

"No mention of delivery date..."
They didn’t say when it would arrive at first, so I ended up waiting about a week, which really cut down the shelf life of the food. One of the boxes was already opened when it got here. I’d rate the food quality a 3 out of 5.

"Pleasant Shopping Experience"
Delivery was on time, and the packaging is eco-friendly. The chicken remains juicy after reheating, which was great to notice. I'm using this to manage my portions and have ordered the fat loss option, and it pretty much delivers on its promise. My only suggestion would be to amp up the flavor a bit and include a larger selection and quantity of vegetables in the meals. Overall, it's going quite well! 👌

"Delicious food, even after freezing!"
The food was awesome, even after I froze it, thawed it out, and warmed it up. It still tasted fantastic! The only suggestion I have is to switch the packaging from cardboard to a plastic base. Other than that, everything is fantastic!
